Gothic Era was originated in 12th Century and lasted till the 16th Century. Many of the Churches and Cathedrals were built in this era. It's main influences were political, Religious and Geographic.
The main characteristics in this era were pointed arch, high ceilings, flying buttress, ripped vault, stained glass, paintings, art and sculpture.
This is my design scheme for modern Gothic era bathroom. I have chosen this lamp as this has pointed arch and it resembles Gothic architecture. Concrete flooring and window shows dark and shady side of this era. Light colors of tub and candle stand shows there light after darkness. All materials are sourced from New Zealand.
